Looking for resale value of my Grandfather Clock?
Can anyone give me a ballpark value on the following clock? I searched the internet & had no luck.
Ridgeway Grandfather Clock. Model 149, Movement E from 1979. It’s in fantastic condition, just needs some internal adjustments.
There sure was nothing on the internet! I would value your clock between 1,300 and 2,000 based on similar clocks. If you get it fixed up you could sell it in the 1,900 + range. If you don’t we are looking at about 1,200 through 1,500. Also have the outside polished. It will help make it look more expensive and it better condition. The pricing also depends on the type of wood of your clock. Try calling this number: 1-800-4clocks or visit their website: http://www.1-800-4clocks.com/ridgeway-clocks.html for estimates. Sorry I couldn’t help more. I wish I had a picture to. It sound really neat! Good luck!
